These terms are an agreement between you and Tan Akar (“we”, “us”), about your use of our games (each a “Game”). By downloading, installing or playing a Game you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use our games.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. Where you obtained the Game from the Apple App Store, that licence is limited to Apple-branded products you own or control, and to what the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions permit.
The Game is licensed to you, not sold. We keep all rights that these terms do not expressly grant you.
2. What you may not do
You agree not to:
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the Game or any part of it;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game, except where that right cannot be excluded by law;
- modify the Game, or use cheats, automation tools or modified clients to alter how it behaves;
- interfere with in-app purchases, advertising or any protection mechanism;
- use the Game in a way that breaks applicable law or the terms of the store you obtained it from.
3. Intellectual property
The Game, including its code, artwork, characters, models, animations, music, sound effects and its name, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
4. In-app purchases and virtual items
The Game offers optional in-app purchases. All payments are processed by the store you bought from, under that store’s terms; we never handle your payment details.
Purchases unlock features or virtual items that exist only inside the Game, such as removing advertising or unlocking extra content. These items:
- have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the Game;
- are licensed to you, not owned by you, and cannot be transferred or sold;
- are stored on your device, so they may be lost if you delete the Game, and may cease to exist if the Game is discontinued. A purchase made through an app store can normally be restored, as Support explains.
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its refund policy, not by us. If a purchase fails to deliver what it promised, contact us first (see Support) and we will try to help.
5. Advertising
The Game may show advertisements. We do not control the content of third-party ads and are not responsible for products or services they promote. How advertising affects your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
6. Updates and availability
We may update the Game, change or remove features, or stop supporting older devices or operating-system versions. We may also stop distributing the Game entirely. We will try to give reasonable notice of a shutdown, but we cannot guarantee that the Game or any feature will remain available.
7. Disclaimer
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Game, including lost progress or lost virtual items. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Game and its in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Apple
This section applies where you obtained the Game from the Apple App Store. These terms are between you and us, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Where these terms are less protective of you than Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement, that agreement applies instead.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the effective date at the top. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
